1. APPLICATION

1.2 Any order placed on the website https://boxesong.com implies the customer's prior acceptance of these Terms of Sale without restriction. These terms are an integral part of the contract between the Customer and BoxeSong and are fully enforceable. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted them before placing an order.
1.3 These Terms of Sale apply only to individuals of legal age, acting as consumers. By placing an order, the Customer certifies that they are a natural person over 18 years old and acting for personal use only, not for any commercial, industrial, or professional activity.
1.4 Exclusion: These Terms of Sale do not apply to professionals (companies, entrepreneurs, or legal entities). Professionals wishing to place an order must contact our support team directly.
1.5 The terms applicable to each order are those in effect at the time of payment. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on the website.
2. ORDER PROCESS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

To place an order on BoxeSong, the customer must:

- Confirm the order (first click), after reviewing the selected items, their prices, and delivery fees.
- Read and accept these Terms of Sale before proceeding to payment (second click).
- Choose a payment method and finalize the purchase.
After payment, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing:
✔ A summary of the order (products, price, and delivery details).
✔ The BoxeSong company identification.
✔ The order number.
✔ The return & refund policy.
If the customer does not receive this confirmation email, they should contact BoxeSong support via the website.
2.2 Order Refusal
BoxeSong reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons, such as:

❌ Unusual order quantities not corresponding to normal consumer use.
❌ Payment issues or outstanding disputes from a previous order.

- Customers outside the USA may be responsible for additional charges like import taxes or VAT.

5. DELIVERY

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

6.3 Returns for EU and UK Customers
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
- A $10 reconditioning fee may apply for used or damaged returns.
Return Process:
✔ Notify support@boxesong.com within 14 days.
✔ The support team will provide the return address.
✔ Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
6.4 Returns for Other Countries
- Returns outside the USA, EU, and UK are only accepted for defective products.
- Customers must contact support within 7 days and provide proof of defect.
- If approved, the item must be returned to the provided address.
6.5 Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued within 7-14 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
6.6 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
-Products damaged due to customer misuse.
-Returns made without prior authorization.
-Personalized or custom-made products.
-Promotional items (discounted or sale products).
6.7 Special Exclusions for Promotional Items
- Items purchased at a discount are non-refundable, except in case of a defective product.
- By accepting these Terms of Sale, the customer waives the right of withdrawal or return for discounted items.
