1. Scope of Application

2. Returns and Refunds – USA, Canada, and Australia
General Policy
- Returns or refunds are not accepted for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect order).
Exceptions
- Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- The product received is defective.
Return Procedure
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
- Provide proof (photos/videos) to support your claim.
3. Returns and Refunds – European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK)
Right of Withdrawal
- Customers in the EU and UK have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.
Eligibility Conditions
- Products must be returned in their original condition (undamaged, unused, with all accessories and packaging included).
- A reconditioning fee of €10 may be deducted for used or damaged products.

6. Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable Items
We cannot process returns or refunds in the following cases:
